The service

Zafiro.studio (including try.zafiro.studio and app.zafiro.studio) hosts an editor for building and publishing data visualizations. Any use apart from creating visualizations is a violation of these terms of service.

Your content is yours

You keep all rights to the visualizations and data you upload, provided you have the right to use those data at all. You grant only the permission needed to store and serve visualizations that you make, including serving anything you choose to publish at a public URL.

Acceptable use

• Be nice.
• Do not upload anything unlawful or illegal.
• Do not infringe others' rights.
• Do not attempt to access another account's data or disrupt the service for others.
• Do not create one account for multiple users; each user should have their own account.
• Do not use this tool to create offensive, hurtful, or violent content.

The creator of Zafiro reserves the right to delete and ban any users who violate these terms, with sole and immediate discretion, without notice to you.

Availability

The service is provided as-is, without warranty or assumption of liability of any kind. There is no uptime guarantee. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose.

Changes

These terms may change. I will do my best to be clear and transparent with changes that affect your use, including emailing users with an account when there are material changes to the platform.
